A union of pineapple, flour, butter eggs and cinnamon. Excellent side dish once ham or pork roast. My in-laws are from Pennsylvania; this recipe is from some of the aunts who bring to life there. A Christmas dinner must-have!

  2. u00bc cup all-purpose flour
  3. 4 eggs, beaten
  4. 1 cup white sugar
  5. 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, in juice
  6. 1 pinch ground cinnamon

The instruction how to make Pineapple Bake

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, fusion together the butter, flour, eggs and sugar until with ease blended. stir up opinion in the crushed pineapple. Transfer to a small casserole dish, and sprinkle cinnamon greater than the top.
